Medical Travel Companions was established in 2014 and has offices in Singapore and Australia, with co-ordinates in UK and USA. The medical travel companions that accompany the travellers are fully qualified health professionals including Nanny’s, Carers, Nurses or Paramedics.

Qualified companions provide support for customers in transit, flight or a full concierge services for:

The elderly
Families
Children
Customers with disabilities
Groups
Individuals recovering from surgery or injury
Customers who need assistance or companionship.
This is a fully flexible service with the ability to tailor a solution to suit everyone’s needs.

Five levels of services are available tailored to individual clients requirements and needs.

1. Silver

Provide local transportation with a qualified companion or nanny
Assistance with safe mobilisation and transfers
Companion understand the local healthcare system
Companions are matched to customer requirements
Transfer Care (at additional costs)

2. Gold

Concierge service with a qualified medical travel companion for customers at arrival or departure ports
Companions are matched to the customer requirements at either end of travel
Transfer Care (at additional costs)
Airport Transfer Care (at additional costs)

3. Diamond

Travel Nanny or Nurse support for the entire journey
Support for individuals, families or groups
Assistance with mobilisation, meals, customs and immigration

4. Platinum

Nurse or Paramedic for the entire journey
For clients with higher level medical needs, observations.
Medical delivery, wound or device management

5. Platinum Plus

Intensive Care Paramedic or Doctor for the entire journey
For clients with higher level medical needs, observations.

Full concierge service incorporated
